Terra APARTMENTSA new luxury apartment located in the Grove neighborhood of St. Louis was looking for a visual identity for its urban oasis vision. Terra is a place where the city meets nature and modern design is juxtaposed with a large courtyard, walking paths, and gardens. Terra is city living without limits.

Once the initial brand was established, brand collateral of all shapes and sizes was built out. From promotional items to social media assets to a multi-page website design, I produced a variety of goods to help marketing efforts. I also worked directly with architecture firms to collaborate on interior and exterior branded elements.
Terra’s aesthetic is inspired by the building’s modern, Scandinavian design. Mixing geometric shapes and lines with cool tones and organic patterns creates a comfortable, inviting environment for potential and current residents.
Terra opened in fall 2022 to great success & accolades.
